Assessment of Skills
Banco General is a company focused on the client service, and to emphasize this, one of its initiatives was the creation of a leadership seminar, starting in October 2010. To accomplish such seminar, an American consultant recommended us the use of Firo-B and, therefore, we contacted Fellipelli.
This Seminar was carried out in order to analyze the Firo-B of each participant and improve the leadership skills. The targets were...
• Identify the key skills of leadership for organizations focused on the client service and who have vision aimed at the service.
• Analyze which individual skills are necessary to create interpersonal relationships.
• Assess the opportunities to develop the skills.
The results of the seminar were so positive that this year we extended the program to embrace a higher number of colaborators who work in leadership positions in our company.
