Design of Skills and Assessment Center
St Marché Group is a supermarket chain which aims to be the option in the neighbourhoods in which it acts in the sector of perishable items: Bakery, Cold Cuts, Butchery and Greens. And for St. Marché, being the best means that the customer should leave the premises 100% delighted.
We have designed the necessary skills - with the HR and the partners - so that the stores managers and their regional units ensured that their value proposal was taken to St. Marché customers.
In a second step, we carried out an Assessment with this Management team having as target to identify the company's strengths and eventual gaps to be solved to improve the businesses.
The results were handed to the participants during a Workshop regarding to expand the self-knowledge and professional commitment with the construction of an Individual Development Plan.
Finally, we gave a management report suppling subsidies to the partners and HR in order to support the development initiatives of these professionals in accordance with the growth and business strategy expectations.
