Most Brazilians are rational, organized and task-performance oriented, shows a study caried out by Fellipelli Consultants. Conducted with 1,200 people in the first half of this year, the survey indicates that 55% of professionals are focused on the implementation and delivery of products and services.
The result is the fruit of the tool TMP, which identifies eight roles preferred by individuals in performing their functions.
Workers oriented towards human issues and social impact of the decisions add up to 9%. "This is the keynote of companies worldwide," says director Adriana Fellipelli.
