Sônia has more than 20 years of experience in working with companies of several segments and Consultings in the area of Human Resources, with strong experience in programs of Executive Coaching, Management and Career Succession, Leadership, Assessment, Team work, Performance Assessment, Survey of Skills and Corporate Changes. She has also experience as pedagogic tutor for graduation in Remote Teaching.

With MBA in Corporate Management at FGV-RJ, expertise (latu sensu) in Formation of Operational Groups, by Instituto de Psicopedagogia do Rio de Janeiro, and graduation in Psychology at Centro de Ensino Unificado de Brasília - CEUB.
She is accredited to use the tool Quantum Assessment, MBTI, Birkman and graduated in Coaching through the methodology of RCS (Results Coach System) based on neuroscience.
She also has certificates in advanced Spanish and intermediate English.

Specialized in Training and People Development; throughout 18 years she worked in HR, in large national and multinational companies such as São Paulo Alpargatas, SENAC and PepsiCo do Brasil (Food Division), and in this latter she worked as executive in charge of the creation of the basis for the Centro de Educação Corporativa (Corporate Education Center). She participated of several courses and international trainings in Latin American countries and Caribbean like Mexico, Argentine, Peru, Venezuela, Porto Rico and Dominican Republic, participating in projects with multicultural teams to replicate in the Sales area in Brazil.
She works as Coach following the RCS (Results Coach System) methodology, based on neuroscience.
She was graduated as a translator (English/Portuguese) at PUC-SP and took a post-graduation course in HR Administration at Unib-SP.
